Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen

You will learn how to define project value, set measurable outcomes, and design governance that supports delivery. Sessions combine practical tools, templates, and case work from real projects. 1. Create a concise project strategy brief that links scope, benefits, and success metrics to organizational objectives.
2. Develop a benefits realization plan with milestones, owners, and measurable indicators.
3. Design a governance and decision-making framework matched to project complexity and stakeholder needs.
4. Produce a stakeholder map and engagement plan that identifies risks, escalation paths, and approval checkpoints.
